Requirement

The Training website encompasses different technologies to create a synergistic balance to address the challenges faced. The website aims to address the gap of professional courses to equip the users to be empowered with the latest industry tried and tested certifications and create a wholesome community.

Challenges

Our initial goal was to create a website that could cater to courses. We needed to create a design system and assets from scratch so that designers & marketers to come to a consensus before crafting the new website. We had to integrate shopify as solution provider for the e-commerce and to synergistically combine WordPress with Shopify to deliver an end-to-end solution for our customer.

Solution through our service

We created an information architecture (IA) diagram after talking to ATC training teams across the board. We then segmented the information to a hierarchy of importance to the overall health of the organisation.

With this project we were able to digress the separate entities which shared a common framework to the parent company and we instituted a brand new website navigation interface that would make the experience seamless irrespective of the product division.

After this initial evaluation, we deployed WordPress+Shopify as a definitive solution asn worked towards creating the assets and courses.

This change proved a massive success as product divisions across the board would have a unified identity and navigation to the parent company,

By doing the above, we we able to come to an equitable solution across the board for the next 12 months into the new website/org structure.
