Exam Details
- Exam name – Certified Scrum Master Examination
- Exam format – Multiple choice; Multiple select
- Exam delivery – Web-based (single-browser), timed
- Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 60 minutes (1 hour) to complete the exam
- Number of questions – 50
- Passing score – 37 out of 50 (74%)
- Language – English
- Retake policy – The CSM Exam limit is a maximum of two attempts which can be taken within 90 days. In case one fails to qualify even after the second attempt, there is the provision of retaking the exam by paying an extra amount.

With the training provided, am I eligible for Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum educational units (SEUs)?
Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications. Also, attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance.
What does the SAFe Certification Kit consist of?
Our Scrum Master training will equip you to be someone who makes sure a project team applies Scrum principles successfully. They can support team members and work out problems as they arise, as well as run team meetings and teach teams on best Scrum practices.
What is the cancellation policy on this?
We are accredited by Project Management Institute (PMI), Scaled Agile & Scrum Alliance.
What is the annual renewal fee?
Both the PMP and CSM credentials demand proficiency in project management and oversight. You need a four-year bachelor’s degree and at least 36 months of project management experience to be eligible for the PMP certification. There is no particular prerequisite for CSM Certification. For SAFe, you will need 5+ years of working experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management.
