Exam Details
- Exam name – Certified Scrum Master Examination
- Exam format – Multiple choice; Multiple select
- Exam delivery – Web-based (single-browser), timed
- Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 60 minutes (1 hour) to complete the exam
- Number of questions – 50
- Passing score – 37 out of 50 (74%)
- Language – English
- Retake policy – The CSM Exam limit is a maximum of two attempts which can be taken within 90 days. In case one fails to qualify even after the second attempt, there is the provision of retaking the exam by paying an extra amount.

Who would benefit from Scrum training ?
Scrum training is beneficial for a wide variety of professional individuals ranging from project managers, product owners, development teams, and any stakeholders that are involved in software development.
What are the advantages of having team members go through this training?
There are multiple advantages such as increased productivity, better project visibility, enhanced team collaboration, and quicker go-to-market.
What is being covered in the training sessions?
What is the cancellation policy if I am not able to attend the training any longer?
In order to provide the best experience to our attendees and for us to be able to bring the best subject matter experts, we need to in advance about a cancellation or reschedule. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- A full refund can be claimed 30 days prior to the class start date.
- No refund will be allowed within 30 days from the class start date, however students may reschedule to another class within one year of the cancellation date.
- No reschedules allowed within 7 business days unless its an unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event any cancellation occurred due to low enrollment or unforeseen natural events, ATC will issue a 100% refund.
